Beginning of the End
The D5B SA has a bigger fuel tank in the 1983 production run...7 roller long track frame with double pitch spacing at the center roller....
Burns about 8 to 10 gallons per hour....getting pretty close to 2 gallons per acre diesel....
making it a $30 per acre operation....the most expensive operation I know of.

The Cat tractor runs pretty good........the plow won't.	Einar is the operator....we had good talk....mostly about history.  His parents came from Norway in 1948.
Fix and repair....a constant battle at 4 mph...at 180 inches at 6 acres per hour.	Right above the Swanson Farm.... Greg Schultz farming the Vince Hensel land.
